- Put water in the cooking pot, bring it to a boil
- Make a small slice the full length of the wiener and put into the boiling water
- When the oil is boiled out of the wiener remove the wiener from the water
- Put the frying pan on the burner, sprinkle cooking oil in the frying pan
- Butterfly the wiener and place in the hot frying pan - turn over once during frying
- Wrap a hot dog bun in paper towel and microwave for about 30 seconds to heat
- Spread the mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup and relish on the heated bun
- Put the fried/b-b-que'd weiner on the bun and serve
