Curry Party Dip
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
Fruit Kabob or Fruit-on-a-Stick
  • 1 carrot
  • cheese - your choice - cut bite size
  • cherry tomatoes
  • olives
  • pineapple - bite size bits
Instructions
Directions/Method for Curry Party Dip - quick, easy to make party dip, with delicious homemade fruit and vegetable kabob
  1. Scoop ½ cup/125 ml of mayonnaise into a mixing bowl
  2. Scoop ½ cup/125 ml of sour cream into the mixing bowl and mix
  3. Add ½ cup/125 ml of fresh squeezed lemon juice, 2 - 3 lemons depending on the size of the lemons and mix
  4. Add 1 tablespoon/5 ml of curry powder and mix well
Serve immediately or chill and serve later during the party
Fruit Kabob or Fruit-on-a-Stick
  1. Clean and peel a carrot - using the vegetable peeler cut carrot into strips
  2. Fold the carrot strip and push onto the skewer
  3. Pull a bite size piece of pineapple onto the skewer
  4. Pull a bite size piece of cheese of your choice onto the skewer
  5. Pull a cherry tomato onto the skewer
  6. Pull an olive onto the skewer
Repeat 2 to 6 until you have the skewer filled to desired amount
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until the party time
