Recipe for Hard Boiled Egg(s) Recipe
  1. Fill the pot with enough water to cover the eggs.
  2. Put the pot of water on the burner and bring the water to a boil.
  3. Using the spoon place the eggs in the boiling water.
  4. Turn the burner heat down to medium and boil the eggs for 15 minutes
  5. Using the spoon remove the eggs from the heat and carefully lift the eggs out of the hot water and place in a bowl of cold water.
Note: placing the eggs in cold water causes the egg inside the shell to shrink making peeling the shell off much easier once the egg has cooled
Peeling Hard Boiled Egg(s) Recipe
  1. Crack the shell of the egg by gently tapping it on a hard surface.
  2. Rolling the egg in your hands will loosen the shell.
  3. Begin peeling from the large end of the egg.
