Wash your hands with hand soap and water.
Make certain that all kitchen utensils and tools are clean
Be cautious with the knife. Curl your fingers back away from the knife when holding what you are cutting.
Never lick a knife.
Do not lick your fingers without washing your hands instantly after licking.
Never lick any kitchen utensil without washing it instantly before using it again.
- 1 pound red skinned potatoes
- ¼ cup celery - cut bite size
- 1 cup green onion - chopped
- ⅓ cup salad oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Dill - chopped
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- Clean and cook with the skins on and cool 1 pound/1/2 kilo of clean, small red skinned potatoes
- Cut the cool potatoes into bite size piece and place the pieces into a mixing bowl
- Cut ¼ cup/60 ml of celery into bite size pieces and add to the potatoes in the bowl
- Clean a green onion and using the knife or scissors cut the onion into small pieces and add to the contents of the bowl
- Put ⅓ cup/80 ml of salad dressing - olive oil into a small jar
- Add 2 tablespoons/30 ml of red wine vinegar to the jar
- Add 1 tablespoon/15 ml of Dijon mustard to the jar
- Add 1 teaspoon/5 ml of dill into the jar
- Mince 1 clove of garlic and add to the jar
Put the lid on the jar and shake well to mix the contents
