Wholegrain foods such as bread or oatmeal along with cantaloupe or blueberries.
potato pancakes!!! mmmmmmmmmmm :P~
“TOTAL” cereal, it has 12 vitamins that are 100% your daily value.
I like to have boiled eggs and soldiers. It’s really easy and quick to make plus it keeps me full until lunchtime.
Mashed avocado on toast is really nice too.
I mix grape nuts and Special K and have a cup of coffee along with my day vitamin.
Fruit…..that is the best chioce….as long as it is fresh and ripe!
Fruit is always a healthy way to go. Oatmeal is healthy and filling too, it will certainly hold you over till lunch (the instant packets). 2% or Skim milk with honey nut cheerios or another “health concious” cereal.
Enjoy and good luck!
i dont really think of mashed potatoes and noodle soup as breakfast food, but alright. Oatmeal is healthy as long as you dont load uip on the brown suga. Also fruit is very good for you Eggs, toast, english muffins, cereal, yogurt… the list goes on.
Yogurt and you can add a little bit of granola to it so that you get that energy boost from it and you just need a little bit of it. And you get that different tastes from the yogurt.
you can pretty much eat anything you want for breakfast. how about a sandwich
There is yogurt, fruit smoothies, (make in blender with fresh fruit, yogurt and skim milk) and there is energy bars, oatmeal, Breakfast bars. That is just to name a few.
Usually I just have coffee and some toast (I make my own bread in the oven) or I’ll make a bowl of oatmeal
Times are changing its being recommended that you eat your highest cab intake in the morning
So you could eat what you would normaly eat for dinner or lunch for breakfast.
Try a good old lean ham on whole wheat with lettuce and tomatoes with fresh fruit on the side.

Bacon wrapped around melon. Yum.
I also buy those V8 smoothie drinks pt about a third of a cup of it in the blender along with some ice, add a chopped banana, and delicious!
I eat nutri grain waffles and spread yogurt on top instead of using butter and syrup.
Or take some frozen strawberries, oj, ice and yogurt blend in a blender for a nice smoothie
1 slice of whole wheat toast spread with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and a glass of milk and some type of fruit
fruit!
Start with a bowl of Kelloges Special K. Add Fruits. A cold glass of orange juice. Waffles, pancakes, french toast.
Plain yogurt sweetened with local honey. Also, if you get a yogurt maker and make the stuff yourself…it’s SO much better. Another alternative is oatmeal…not the cheap instant stuff, but the good organic oats!
speical k breakfast bars strawberry really great taste
Orange juice or the fruit itself. Waffles with Maple syrup. Oatmeal( 1 cup milk, about 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 bay leaf) Bring milk just to a boil along with cinnamon stick & bay leaf, add oatmeal stirring constantly, add sugar.Allow to cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, cook for about 10 mins. or until mixture thickens. Delicious and very nutritious.
Try some muffins, preferably low fat. Store made muffins can have a lot of fat. I like the website allrecipes.com. They have lots of good recipes for all kinds of things. You could also try something simple like canteloupe, honeydew and other fruit topped with yogurt. I personally like this.
smoothies are the easiest thing to make add milk and what Evey fruits that you like and some wheat germ blend and enjoy. your smoothies will change flavour each day with the different fruits and amounts that you put in them. start having fun with breaky.
peanut butter on toast
Try this…
Take a piece of bread and lay it on a cutting board. Using a drinking glass cut a hole in the center of the bread.
Put a little butter in a frying pan and melt. Then place the bread in the pan and crack an egg open and place it in the bread hole. Fry it on both sides turning it over with a spatula. Place the round piece of bread you removed and toast it in the same pan. Quick breakfast of egg and toast. Easy as pie.
