Bar-be-quing (B-B-Qing) Water Spritzer and Fire Extinguisher Necessary

Drippings from meats and many b-b-qing sauces creates flames when they land on the grill or hot coals.  Always keep a spritzer bottle filled with water to gently douse the flames.  Keeping a fire extinguisher handy is necessary should an accidental fire start.  It happens!

Fire extinguishers are inexpensive compared to a fire on the porch or house.
