- • 1½ cups Apple - peeled/sliced
- • 1 lime
- • ¼ cup Flour
- • ¼ cup rolled oats/oatmeal
- • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- • ⅛ cup butter
- • ¼ cup brown sugar
- Wash and peel the apple and cut into thin slices and put into the cooking bowl
- Squeeze ½ a lime over the sliced apple in the bowl
- Preparing the Oatmeal Topping
- Put ¼ cup/60 ml of flour into a second bowl
- Add ¼ cup/60 ml of packed brown sugar to the bowl
- Add ¼ cup/60 ml of rolled oats to the bowl
- Sprinkle ½ teaspoon/2.5 ml of cinnamon over the contents of the bowl
- Add ⅛ cup/30 ml of butter to the bowl
- Mix the contents together using the spatula
- Spread the topping mixture over the apples
- Place in the oven for 25 minutes
