- 3 cups watermelon
- 1 cup cantaloupe
- ½ cup strawberries
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 ice cubes

- Add 1 cup/250 ml of cut cantaloupe and blend

- Add 1 scoop of protein powder of your choice and blend
- Add 2 ice cubes and blend
