- 1 banana - frozen
- 1 Mango - ripe
- 5 ounce yogurt
- 1¼ cups pineapple juice

- Pour 1½ cups/300 ml pineapple juice into the blender
- Add 5 ounces/150 ml yogurt to the blender
- Clean and prepare a ripe mango and put into the blender and blend
- Add the frozen banana to the blender and blend until smooth
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator
