Do not lick your fingers without washing your hands instantly after licking.
Never lick any kitchen utensil without washing it instantly before using it again.

Manfreed (in the Kitchen)
- 2 green onion - chopped
- egg
- cooking oil
- cups rice - cooked and cold
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Clean and chopped the onion into a bowl with scissors and set aside
- Turn the stove/cooker burner on to high and sprinkle cooking oil into the frying pan
- Crack open an egg into a bowl and stir the egg well
- Pour the egg into the hot frying pan and stir around with a spatula
- As soon as the egg is lightly fried take it off the heat and put onto a plate
- Wipe out the frying pan and place back on the heat with a splash of cooking oil
- Put 2 cups/500 ml rice into the frying pan and stir about to heat
- Add the chopped onion and stir in with the heating rice
- Add 1-2 tablespoons/5-10 ml of soy sauce and stir
- Add the egg and using the spatula break up the egg - heat until hot and serve
