- 8 ounce soft cream cheese
- ½ cup cup Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Worchestershire Sauce
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 6 ounce crab meat
- cilantro
- crackers
- Put 8 oz/250 gms of soft cream cheese in a mixing bowl
- Add ½ cup/125 ml of sour cream to the bowl
- Add 1 tablespoon/15 ml of Worcestershire sauce
- Add 2 tablespoons/15 ml of horse radish to the bowl
- Mix the contents together
- Fold in 6 oz/175 gms of crab meat
- Place a reasonable amount of the dip on a cracker and place a leaf of cilantro on the crab meat
