- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup Sour cream
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 carrot
- cheese - your choice - cut bite size
- cherry tomatoes
- olives
- pineapple - bite size bits
- Scoop ½ cup/125 ml of mayonnaise into a mixing bowl
- Scoop ½ cup/125 ml of sour cream into the mixing bowl and mix
- Add ½ cup/125 ml of fresh squeezed lemon juice, 2 - 3 lemons depending on the size of the lemons and mix
- Add 1 tablespoon/5 ml of curry powder and mix well
- Clean and peel a carrot - using the vegetable peeler cut carrot into strips
- Fold the carrot strip and push onto the skewer
- Pull a bite size piece of pineapple onto the skewer
- Pull a bite size piece of cheese of your choice onto the skewer
- Pull a cherry tomato onto the skewer
- Pull an olive onto the skewer
Vegetable peeler, mixing bowl, measuring cups, measuring spoons, kabob skewer
