- 2 hard boiled eggs
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- salt
- olives
- lettuce leaf
- Carefully remove the shells from hard boiled eggs
- Carefully cut the egg from end to end
- Carefully scoop the yolks out from the half eggs
- Add mayonnaise to taste to the hard boiled egg yolks and mix
- Add mustard of your choice to the mixture to your taste and mix
- Put the mixture back into the empty egg whites
- Place on a plate with lettuce leaves and olives and serve
