- 1 egg
- ½ Engish muffin
- 1 slice ham
- 2 tablespoons Hollandaise Sauce
- Poach an egg in a frying pan and hot water
- Toast one slice of English muffin
- Warm a slice of ham in the microwave
- Put the toasted English muffin on a plate and place the ham on the toasted English muffin
- With a slotted spoon take the poached egg out tot the water and put it on the ham
- Scoop two tablespoon/30 ml of Hollandaise Sauce onto the egg and serve immediately

Oven mitts, Rubber kitchen gloves (non-slip), dish soap,
Hat or hair net, Apron, Pencil and Recipe
