Manfreed (in the Kitchen)
- 2 slices Bread – 2 slices of your choice
- Butter
- Mustard
- Mayonnaise
- cheese - your choice
- 4 - 6 bacon slices
- You can leave the bread plain or spread mustard or mayonnaise on one slice or spread mustard on one slice and mayonnaise on the other slice
- Place the cheese of your choice on one slice of the bread
- Place the second slice of bread on top of the cheese
- Spread butter on the top slice of bread
- Place the frying pan on medium heat
- Place the sandwich in the frying pan with the buttered slice down
- Butter the slice of bread on to and cover the frying pan with a lid
(the lid will keep the heat in and melt the cheese better) - When the bottom piece of bread is toasted flip the sandwich over using the flipper and cover with the lid
- When the bottom slice of bread is toasted remove the sandwich from the frying pan and place of the sandwich plate
- Cut the sandwich in half or diagonally or into quarters or fingers and serve
- Cook/grill/microwave the bacon slices
- You can leave the bread plain or spread mustard or mayonnaise on one slice or spread mustard on one slice and mayonnaise on the other slice
- Place the cheese of your choice on one slice of the bread
- Spread the bacon slices on top of the cheese – spread more cheese on top of the bacon if desired
- Place the second slice of bread on top of the bacon/cheese
- Spread butter on the top slice of bread
- Place the frying pan on medium heat
- Place the sandwich in the frying pan with the buttered slice down
