- 1 sub bun of your choice
- 2 - 3 slice ham
- 2 - 3 slice cheese - your choice
- 2 - 3 slice tomato
- strip red pepper
- Lettuce leaves
- mustard to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- 1 - 2 pickles
- Cut the sub bun open with a bread cutting knife
- Spread the mustard on one side of the bread - right to the edges using the butter knife
- Spread the mayonnaise on the other side of the bread - right to the edge
- Put the cheese of your choice on top of the mustard
- Cut the tomato into slices and put on top of the mayonnaise
- Wash the pepper and cut into thin slices - place the slices on top of the cheese
- Place the slices of ham on top of the red peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place one of the slices of bread on top of the other
- Garnish with lettuce and a pickle
