- hamburger
- rolled oats/oatmeal
- chili flakes
- egg
- garlic
- black pepper
- Worchestershire Sauce
- Put the hamburger in a mixing bowl
- Put the rolled oats on top of the hamburger
- Put the chili flakes in the bowl
- Shake Worchestershire sauce on the rolled oats
- Put one egg into the bowl
- Shake in black pepper
- Chop garlic and add to the bowl
- Mix the contents of the bowl with your clean hands
- Using your hands fold into paddies of your desired size
- Put paddies into a baggie and freeze for later use

Hand Soap, Hand Towels (clean),
Oven mitts, Rubber kitchen gloves (non-slip), dish soap,
Hat or hair net, Apron, Pencil and Recipe

Dish soap, Dishtowels, Kitchen Sponge/Cloth
