Kettle for boiling water, coffee cup of your choice, spoon, fork, serving plate

Hand Soap, Hand Towels (clean),

Oven mitts, Rubber kitchen gloves (non-slip), dish soap,

Hat or hair net, Apron, Pencil and Recipe

Wash your hands with hand soap and water.

Make certain that all kitchen utensils and tools are clean

• instant coffee
• cream

Instructions

1. Directions/Method for Instant Coffee - quick, easy to make - with simple, delicious Raspberry Almond Coffee Cake
2. Put enough water in a kettle for a cup of coffee and bring to a boil over a hot burner
3. If desired, in the microwave heat enough cream or milk for one cup - approximately 33 seconds
4. Put 1 teaspoon/5 ml or 1 tablespoon/15 ml of instant coffee of your choice into your favorite coffee cup
5. Pour boiled water into the cup leaving enough space for the microwave heated cream/coffee if desired - otherwise - you can now drink the "coffee black" now
6. If desired add heated cream/coffee
7. If desired add sugar of your choice to taste
8. Serve instantly
