It’s an odd mix. I think you should have an apple and a sandwich honestly. But yes it’s healthy.

YES…As long as you dont overeat. you can also try salads and some protien rich foods like beans, lentils,soy,milk and many others. Have more number of meals everyday. and that must be small healthy meals. if u feel too hungry eat fruits…c a and please stay away frm soft drinks..C ALL THE BEST….
