- ½ orange - zested and juiced
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ham
- mandarin oranges
- strip green pepper - cut into bite size strips
- pineapple bits
- Using the zester, zest some of the orange peel into a small ramekin
- Cut the orange in half and juice the orange into a small bowl
- Put the orange zest in with the orange juice and add 1 cup/250 ml of yogurt and mix the contents together
- Add 2 tablespoon/10 ml of honey and mix
- Fold and push a piece of ham onto the kabob stick
- Pull a Mandarin orange section on to the skewer stick
- Pull a strip of green pepper onto the skewer stick
- Pull a bite size piece of pineapple onto the skewer stick
Repeat 1 - 4 to fill skewer[/b]
