- Bread
- Peanut butter (smooth or nutty)
- Jam or Jelly (fruit and berry flavors are available for your taste buds)
- Butter (Optional)
- Place one or two pieces of bread on the plate.
- Open the peanut butter and using the knife scoop some peanut butter out of the jar.
- Spread the peanut butter on half of the single piece of bread. Spread the peanut butter on one slice of bread if you are having two slices of bread.
- Open the jam/jelly and spread everywhere there is no peanut butter.
- Always spread the peanut butter and jam/jelly over all the surface of the bread. (That is right to the edge of the bread.)
- Fold the single piece of bread. Place one piece of bred on top of the other.
- Using the knife cut the two pieces of bread sandwich into two or four pieces for ease of handling while eating.
