- Ravioli - cooked and chilled
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice - fresh squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Mustard - your choice
- Salt and Pepper
- parsely
- Put ¼ cup/60 ml of olive oil in the dressing jar
- Put 1 tablespoon/15 ml of lemon juice in the dressing jar
- Put 1 teaspoon/5 ml of mustard of your choice in the dressing jar
- Salt and pepper to taste - a pinch
Put lid on and shake well - Put the chilled cooked Ravioli in a bowl and dribble the dressing over the Ravioli and garnish with Parsley
