- 2 cups watermellon - chilled and cubed
- 2 tomatoes - ripe and diced
- ½ onion - sweet and cubed
- 3 tablespoons mint - fresh leaves
- ½ cup Feta Cheese
- Dice 2 cups/250 ml of chilled watermelon and put into a mixing bowl
- Dice 2 cups/250 ml of tomato and put into the mixing bowl and mix
- Cube ½ a sweet onion and put into a mixing bowl and mix
- Chop 3 tablespoons/15 ml of fresh mint leaves and add to the bowl
- Add ½ cup/125 ml of feta cheese and mix the contents of the bowl
