Wash your hands with hand soap and water.
Make certain that all kitchen utensils and tools are clean
Be cautious with the knife. Curl your fingers back away from the knife when holding what you are cutting.
Never lick a knife.
Do not lick your fingers without washing your hands instantly after licking.

- tomato sauce
- sprig parsley
- Fill a pot half full of water, sprinkle in some salt and turn heat on to high
- When water boils put a small amount of spaghetti into the hot water and turn the heat down to medium
- Put the pre-made spaghetti sauce into a pot and heat over medium heat
- When the spaghetti is cooked strain the water off into the colander
When the spaghetti and sauce are heated turn off the heat - Place the strained spaghetti into a bowl
- Spoon the spaghetti sauce onto the spaghetti in the bowl
- Place a sprig of parsley on top and serve
