Question by : What is a healthy breakfast to a person who wants to start a daily workout?
Im 15 years, and I noticed that ive been spending way too much time on the computer, and im getting out of shape, so I decided to do some workout every morning. Should I eat a better breakfast because of this. Usually my breakfasts are very weak, just some milk and cookies or cereals. what should I eat for breakfast?

Oatmeal with fresh blueberries and honey

1/2 cup steel cut oatmeal, add just enough boiling water to cover. Let sit for 4 minutes. Add sliced fruit or whole blueberries on top. Have an 8 ounce glass of 2% milk. NO sugar on the oatmeal or fruit.

Eggs. They’re solid in proten and should fill you up for the day!
Orange juice. Which has a great vitamin c supplement, just half a cup should do
Whole wheat toast. Little bit of carb, like a slice should keep your energy flowing
Also, try to eat breakfast as soon as you wake! Earlier you eat faster your metabolism turns on and gets your body going

Topping ideas: almond butter or peanut butter, nuts, fresh berries/fruit, dried fruit like cherries/cranberries/blueberries/raisins, cinnamon, skim milk or non-dairy milk, nonfat greek yogurt, natural jam, honey, agave nectar, etc.
* Non-dairy milk like – almond, soy, rice or coconut milk.
~ Healthy cereal (like Kashi or Nature’s Path organic, high fiber, not too high in sugar) with skim milk, non-dairy milk or greek/regular yogurt. You can top with fresh berries/fruit.
~ Greek yogurt with fresh fruit or a side of fruit salad. You can also add in nuts to the yogurt.

– Watermelon, grapes, strawberries
