Question by steffiegirl815: How to not eat the same thing for lunch everyday?
My husband has eaten a hot dog for lunch most day since he has been 10 months old. He’s now 29. Now he has gout, so has to cut down on hot dogs and processed meat. He always says he has no idea what to have for lunch now that he cut back on hotdogs. He will eat leftovers if we have them, but that’s not all the time. He needs to eat a variety of things, and not just one thing everyday.
I need some ideas of other things to share with him of he can eat for lunch besides hot dogs. I also need ideas of what to buy him to eat for lunch.

you can put soup or stews in a Thermos
cook a roast (beef, chicken, etc) and use the leftovers to make sandwiches
make wraps with meat you cook yourself or veggy wraps (lettuce, shredded carrots, refriend beans, corn, tomatoes, onion, cheese, peppers, cucumber, mushrooms, etc, etc)
